DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that the material you posted on the Site was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a Counter-Notification with us by submitting a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent.
Your Counter-Notification must include substantially the following:
- Identify the specific URLs or other unique identifying information of material that Pertaining To The Art Of Pottery has removed or to which Pertaining To The Art Of Pottery has disabled access.
- Provide your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Include both of the following statements in the body of the Counter-Notification:

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, shall be liable for any damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, incurred by the alleged infringer, by any copyright owner or copyright owner's authorized licensee, or by a service provider, who is injured by such misrepresentation.
